The Château de Rochecotte is a 4 star establishment and gastronomic restaurant located in the Loire Valley. Our teams work together in a respectful and collaborative manner. The Château de Rochecotte is above all a place of life and desires! Here we take our time to appreciate every detail, every subtlety and especially every moment. Our values: family, humility, respect and passion. From breakfast to dinner, we take great care in choosing our suppliers and local products to guarantee the quality and freshness of our local products. The Château also has its own vegetable garden (aromatic herbs and seasonal vegetables), produces its own honey as well as its wine (Bourgueil appellation). To highlight our producers and their know-how, our passionate chefs prefer the short circuit.
The year 2023 marks a new turning point for our teams; we are reinvigorating the offer and restructuring our services. To this end, the castle is recruiting its department heads and teams in order to breathe new life into this incomparable jewel!
